Rather than relying on broad brand awareness, this strategy focused on building a product-specific conversion funnel designed to directly address a high-impact consumer pain point—chronic back pain. By aligning a single product with a clearly defined problem, the funnel increases relevance, engagement, and conversion likelihood.
The system integrates AI-generated creative production, targeted messaging, and a dedicated landing page experience. Combined with structured paid media allocation and continuous A/B testing, this approach creates a scalable and repeatable acquisition model optimized for performance and return on ad spend.





Messaging was developed using demographic and behavioral research, identifying that back pain affects a majority of the population and is reported more frequently among women. By aligning the product’s benefits with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the communication strategy emphasizes improved quality of life, physical capability, and progression toward self-actualization. This ensures the messaging resonates both emotionally and functionally with the end user.

Execution combined multiple AI tools to rapidly produce high-quality marketing assets and streamline development. Claude was used to design and build a high-converting product landing page, while AI video tools and ElevenLabs were used to generate product-specific advertising creatives. This enabled rapid iteration, reduced production costs, and increased the volume of testable assets for performance optimization.
Multiple AI-generated ad variations were developed to enable continuous A/B testing across messaging, visuals, and audience targeting. This approach increases the likelihood of identifying high-performing creatives quickly. In parallel, retargeting email campaigns were designed to re-engage users who interacted with the funnel, including abandoned cart flows and educational sequences. These emails reinforce the product’s value while guiding users back toward conversion, increasing overall funnel efficiency.
